Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Flashline, an independent API gateway that routes requests to DeepSeek's web model. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Flashline provides an OpenAI-compatible interface for deepseek-v4.1-flash, together with account, API key, usage, billing, and referral features. The service is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DeepSeek.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
• The first account created on a new deployment may become the administrator. Administrators can manage accounts, balances, promos, and pricing.
• We may suspend or disable an account that violates these terms, creates a security risk, or abuses the service.

3. Prepaid credit and billing

API usage is prepaid. New accounts may receive promotional credit. Requests are metered at the rates shown in the dashboard and on the pricing page. The rates mirror DeepSeek's published Flash pricing at the time of writing, but the operator may adjust them.

• Top-ups are reviewed manually. A request is not credit until it is approved.
• Usage charges are final once a request settles, except for a verified billing error.
• Promotional and referral credit has no cash value and may be adjusted or removed if abused.
• Except where required by law or explicitly agreed by the operator, prepaid credit is non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Flashline to violate any law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade rate limits, attack the gateway or upstream services, or generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. You may not resell raw access in a way that conceals your identity from the operator or bypasses account limits.

Automated abuse, credential sharing outside your organization, and attempts to access another account's conversations or keys are prohibited.

5. Third-party model

Answers are generated by DeepSeek's upstream model. Flashline does not control the model's output and does not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. DeepSeek's own terms and policies apply to the upstream service. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or regulated data unless you have the right to do so and accept the risk.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Upstream sessions can expire, models can change, and maintenance can interrupt service. We may change features, limits, rates, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flashline disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. The operator's total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, security risk, or extended inactivity. On termination, unused credit may be forfeited unless the operator decides otherwise. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
